My check engine light was flashing on my vehicle so I ended up reaching out to Epic Towing and Recovery to help me get my vehicle to an available mechanic. Getting your vehicle towed is always a stressful experience, but it’s worth mentioning that Azaldee Mohamed, my assigned driver for this tow, was very respectful and courteous. He showed up on time as promised, was very meticulous when hooking up my vehicle and transporting it, and was fun to talk to. His professionalism added a little light to a bad evening, which I highly appreciate when looking back in hindsight.

A literal life saver! I travel a lot and got off a plane at midnight and to my horror I left my dang keys at home( 2000 miles away) it’s 30 degrees out side and I got work in 5 hours they came right out no problem and had my truck open in seconds it seemed like and was an absolute gentleman the entire time despite the fact it’s 1 in the morning I don’t remember the guys name but he needs a raise (date of incident 3/9/26) hope that helps get the pat on the back for the guy that helped me today thank you again !

A great towing company to deal with. They were punctual, and the driver Jared/Jarrod, was very professional and courteous! He was very careful loading my custom street rod onto the truck. They are also very responsive in getting back to you, and letting you know ETA's etc.

The owner Huck was very professional and came quickly when other services had hours long waits. He even called me back to assure me he was still on his way but stuck in 5 o’clock traffic. Changed my tire quickly despite it being dark, cold and the spare stored underneath my vehicle. He answered my questions and was sure to put everything back together correctly for me. Would definitely recommend Epic and their 10/10 service.

Huge shout out to Jared! All I can say is AMAZING! This tow company was truly so helpful and supportive and great at problem solving! I had a huge issue trying to coordinate where to bring my car for service because the roadside assistance service I was using was not helpful in the slightest, and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. EPIC was so patient with me, even though my problems caused them to be delayed with other scheduled services they had for the day. I sincerely apologize to the customers that were held up by me! But know that EPIC will do a wonderful job and they are so respectful! A lot of tow companies are definitely not nice to their customers!

The driver was friendly, courteous, efficient and reassuring. They came before the estimated time and called when they were on the way and when they got here. Hooked up my car quickly but carefully and were on their way within 5 or 10 minutes and made sure to confirm where my car was being towed to. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend their company.
